Is it Safe to Order Online?

Of course! We use industry-standard encryption systems for potentially sensitive information, such as your name, address and other critically sensitive information. Information passed between your computer and our website cannot be read in the event of someone else intercepting it.

Payment Options

We provide many forms of payments for our sellers.  Payments to choose from include: Visa, Visa Debit, MasterCard through PayPal.

There are also the following options:  Bank Transfers, Verifone (formerly known as 2checkout), Skrill, world Pay.

To set up your payment options as a seller, you must first sign in, then got to My Account > Account Settings, select your preferred payment option and enter your account information.  You are now ready to sell and receive payments for your sales.

Checking Out

• Step 1
  By clicking the "Checkout" button in your cart, you will be asked to either log in to your account or to click continue as a guest if you don’t have one. (If that’s the case, what are you waiting for?)
• Step 2
  If you don’t have an account, you will be asked to enter your delivery address information. Select 'use this address for billing' if your billing address is the same as your delivery address, and then proceed on to the next step.
• Step 3
  Next, choose which delivery method you would like to use so the seller can get your stuff ready right away.
• Step 4
  If you unselected the box 'use this address for billing', you will be able to enter your billing address now.
• Step 5
  To complete your order, simply confirm by reviewing the order totals and entering your payment information. Then click the "Pay Now" button. Upon completion, you will be given an order number and you will receive an email confirmation of your order details. So Easy.

When Your Order is Received

Once you’ve placed your order, you will be directed to an order confirmation message, which will contain your order details. This information will also be emailed to you, but it could take up to 30 minutes to arrive. Once our sellers have processed your order, you will receive a second email to let you know that your order has been shipped. If an email does not appear to have been received, please check your spam folder.

Incorrect or Faulty Items

We're sorry to hear that! Hit us up within 28 days of receiving your goods via the help page contact us form with your order number and provide further details of your issue and a member of our Customer Care team will get on the case, ASAP!

If there is an issue with the payment, either your card issuer or the seller will contact you.
